The clinic offers direct billing as a courtesy to the patient and at our sole discretion. The patient is fully responsible for paying their treatment fees, uninsured amounts, deductibles, and denied claims. It is the patient’s responsibilty to know and understand their own insurance coverage and limitations. New West Wellness Centre requires a credit card to be kept on file to facilitate direct billing.
