Booking Message

🔒 Clinic Access
For the safety of our patients and practitioners, the front door remains locked. Please arrive only a couple of minutes before your appointment to avoid waiting outside. You will be let in be your practitioner.

📞 Communication
We do not have a receptionist. Phone calls may not be returned promptly—Email is the best way to reach us for a faster response.

💳 Payments

Payments are processed through your Jane online profile.

We accept:

  • Visa or MasterCard Only
  • Direct billing to your extended health plan
  • E-transfers (if you do not have a credit card)

Please ensure your credit card and/or extended health plan information is added to your profile in advance.
